why JSU not available on Jira cloud

It is a great plug-in. Why is it not available for JIRA on cloud?

Because it's pre-installed already, so you don't need to install it.

Actually  I was looking for the following post-fundtions in transitions. Is there any chance to get them enabled it in our site?

• Copy Value From Other Field 
• Update Issue Custom Field
• Clear Field Value
