why I am not able to scan krn, dtb and bootloader files in Black Duck tool?

below are the file type which does not show any results when scanned in Black duck tool

1) .bin : data

2) krn : Linux kernel ARM boot executable zImage (little-endian)

3) dtb : Device Tree Blob version 17, size=27949, boot CPU=0, string block size=1753, DT structure block size=26140
