while installing jira software project type is not coming why?

we are using JIRA (V 7.12.3) we have to do  reinstall,while installing software project type is not coming,we trying to import data but not importing because software project type is not coming,in application backup we have all the data,which is belongs to software projects,how we get project type software?????????????

When you reinstalled, did you install Jira or Jira Software?

Can you log into the new system and go to "manage applications" and check what is installed and licenced there?
