while installing jira server 7.7.1 its not launching in browser to complete the installation

hi all,

Good Day.

While i was installing jira server 7.7.1 with custom installation and giving different ports and all it is not launching in the browser to connect with database giving key etc. Also in home directory the jira folder is empty and in services atlassian/jira is not showing in the list.
