while installing jira server 7.7.1 its not launching in browser to complete the installation

hi all,

Good Day.

While i was installing jira server 7.7.1 with custom installation and giving different ports and all it is not launching in the browser to connect with database giving key etc.

Hopefully you created both a JIRA backup and a Database backup. You can uninstall the services (if they are on your services list) and attempt to complete a new installation. As long as everything was backed up, you won't lose any data. 

Addition - don't forget to perform server reboots upon installation of new software.

Did it show an error at the end of installation?

Has it installed an existing JIRA service which you can start/stop?

In home directory the jira folder is empty and in services atlassian/jira is not showing in the list.

But does the installation abruptly end?
