When setting up a new Cloud instance or installing a new AddOn, you always get a free trial period. You can purchase a new (standard, Premium, Enterprise), according to your specific needs. What product are you using?

Welcome to the community.

2 options:

1. Add credit card details and pay for the Premium plan
2. Make sue only 10 users have a license for Jira, then you can (in Atlassian Administration) go to Products (Apps), select the 3 dots behind an change the plan  to Free.

Free lan will remove options in the product you might have used as, they only apply to paid plans.
