I am using eteamproject of Jira with role service desk agent. I want to automate or setup some rules for auto assignee of some issues, but I couldn't find the option for same.
Kindly help.

on the service management project you'd like to add automations to if you go to project settings there is an option for 'automation' which is where you can set up all your automation rules.
You do need to be an administrator to see 'project settings' though. Do you see the option for that when you're logged in?
