Hi @Richard Bierman!

In standard Jira Cloud, a Feature is usually represented by an Epic — it’s a larger deliverable made up of multiple stories or tasks.

Some teams using Advanced Roadmaps or SAFe introduce a separate “Feature” issue type between Epic and Story, but by default, Epic = Feature is the best match.
