how to manage parallel sprints
Hi @BNagaraju welcome to the Atlassian community.
If you are using the Jira team managed project, then the parallel Sprint feature development has begun in Feb 2022 and you may not use parallel Sprint.
If in Jira company managed project, then kindly follow steps as shared by @Fabio Racobaldo _Catworkx_

welcome to the Atlassian community!
By deafult, on a scrum board, you can start just one sprint. If you want to manage more that one active sprint you need to enable parallel sprints (use the following guide https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/use-parallel-sprints/)
Doing that, you can have more that one srpint active on your scrum board.
