Ok, so the x509 is a red-herring.  You have set up a SAML connector of some sort, and then it looks like you've mis-configured it so it no longer functions.

What SAML application is it, how have you configured it, and what is the error message you see on screen?

It showing "System Error" to contact our IT support team.

Hi @Nic Brough -Adaptavist-,

Why i am asking this question means:

Our Jira application is set up to "SAML single sign-on" due to this users are not able to edit there user names on the login page. So for testing we have enabled the "Login form" option after enabling users are able to edit there usernames.

After testing we have enabled the "SAML single sign-on" after enabling the option the data under "SAML SSO 2.0 settings" disappeared including X.509 certificate and we are not able to access our jira application. Only we can see the login page if we click on the login button it is showing system error.

How to resolve this issue?

Below are the errors in the logs:

An x509 certificate is a "security token" that you can use to create secured exchanges with other systems.

You don't create them in Jira, you need a certificate authority to create it (you can run your own authorities, you don't have to get someone else to do it).

You can then install it into the Tomcat (by importing a copy into the key store) so that it can be used to access whatever system that is protected by the authority.  Or use it in your browser to access a secured Jira.

I suspect that is not going to answer your question, but the actual answer depends on what you're trying to do.  Can you explain why you are asking this question?  What or who told you about the certificate?
