what IP ranges to whitelist for jira to do the upgrade check & plugin installs

our client doesn't allow the jira server to access the internet so I now cannot check for updates or install plugins throught the web interface. I *may* get permission to whitelist a limited number of IP's to get this functionality working.

What IP numbers (or ranges) should I ask to be whitelisted to get the following working ?

- plugin installs

- plugin update checks

- jira upgrade checks
