we are unable add one user in Jira project

Hi Team,

 

We are unable to use in Jira project role.

we are getting below error , please check and confirm

Have you recently invited the user to your site? If the user hasn't logged in yet, it might be related to this scenario: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CLOUD-12745

You may follow the workaround stated in this feature request, and also add your vote.

Currently, there are no incidents on Atlassian status regarding your error. Have you checked if this user is part of your organization through User Management from Atlassian administration?

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Did you check if the user was added to your organization?
Also, check the license count in the  Administration → Billing → Manage subscription section.

If the above-mentioned is okay, I suggest opening a ticket on Atlassian Support.
