Just to make sure that we are on the same page, I would like to confirm if you are using Jira Cloud or Server. 

I see that you added a link to a Jira Cloud Free site, but I don't see you listed as a user of the site.

Also, I see your email linked to another cloud site as a user, not site admin, and also linked to a Server instance.  

Would you mind sending us a screenshot of the error?
