Issue: I have a VP who all of a sudden today can't log in. As an admin I have tried to send him a reset email but he never receives it. Please help. He is a VP and this has become a big issue.
I need a way to change his password myself.

I saw that you created a ticket with our support related to the same question and they found a block on our side that was preventing the notification to be delivered. The block was removed and they should receive the reset password email now.
