Some users in the system are unable to log into an entity and see its details while other users can do so (the tests on several users were done on the same computer and against the same server), it is important to note that we performed an upgrade the day before

Exactly what upgrade did you perform; from what version to what version and for which product (Software, Core, Service Management)?
When you say some users are "unable", exactly what steps are they executing and what are the results? Are there error messages?
Could the users having problems access the information before the upgrade?
Have you tried using the Developer Tools of the browser to see if that can reveal any more information?
Have you looked at the server logs to see if they reveal any additional information?
