our Jira app on site rostock-aikido.atlassian.net was deactivated due to inactivity (email received on March 21).
We would like to urgently reactivate the subscription and recover all associated data before permanent deletion.
Could you please check if the data is still available and help us restore access?
Please raise a request for activation via Atlassian Support, the request needs to be made by the admin of the Cloud instance
