when trying to use any of the buttons on a jira report such as edit ,resolve, close issue the screen turns a light blue color with background still visible and seems to stay in a loading mode.
I would suggest clearing your browsers cache. If this does not resolve the issue can you try a different browser. Sometimes browser extensions cause issues as well.
