unable to raise ticket to Lumi Capability Enablement Support

I am not a member of Lumi Capability Enablement Support, i just need to raise a jira ticket addressing them to CLONE tables , but once i try doing create on https://aexp.atlassian.net/jira/software/c/projects/UDM/boards/927, i am unable to do so, issue attached::

You cannot create issues in this project.

contacted enterprise-jira multiple times but they just peovide with jira cloud link and no solution each time, even contacted manager of this jira board but she said that it should be open to all amex.

Just for clarification, we are Community members here, and neither we nor Atlassian are managing access for internal Spaces.

That must be addressed to the owner/admin of this space, as Atlassian is not managing access on this granular level at customers.

Hi @Eshaan Srivastava , "You cannot create issues in this project" just means your account lacks the Create Issues permission in UDM; it isn't about the clone request. Only a project admin of UDM can fix it, not enterprise-jira support and not the board manager on her own: ask them to grant your group or role both Browse Projects and Create Issues in that project's permission scheme. The Permission Helper will show them exactly why it's blocked.
