unable to mention people and teams in Jira

Today, I’m unable to mention people and teams in Jira, nor can I add participants in Service Management.
Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

We have both of that + Cant change assignee on any issue, story, epic

Hello. I have the same issue. In Jira, Conflience and JSM. Is that relatet to other issues that Atlassian annouced 2hours ago?
