Hi, when i try to add people to a Jira area, i get the following error come up:

That can happening to you [CLOUD-12334] Inviting or adding users from Project -> People section can result in Hash errors. - Create and track feature requests for Atlassian products.

i thought that might be the case however, i am an admin for the area so still confused why i cant add people.

This Failures Occuring mostly during Permission problems, but to say deterministic, probably you will be forced to involve Support, because they see Backend.

First off, welcome to the community!
Your question is quite vague - if you can provide any other bits of information we can guide you better. There are quite a lot of reasons why an error could appear.
When you say Jira area, I'm assuming you're referring to the People & Access area, attempting to assign a user to a role within a space? Can you verify that the user you are attempting to add has the correct license?

So i am admin for an area and when i click 'add person' i get an error message come up saying 'unable to add Mr Jones' and then that error code.
