Whenver i am trying to add any attachment to JIRA items then upload button/ Link/ options is disabled. see the below screenshot.

Have you reported the issue to the administrators of the Jira instance?

It is possible that you do not have sufficient permission to add attachments to issues. The Jira Administrators for that instance would be able to investigate that.

Yes, i do have privilege as admin also. Tried with admin as well as user both privileges but options are disabled. some days ago I was able to acces.

Some days ago were you able to add attachments in the same projects where you cannot add attachments today?

The tags on your post say that you are using the Free version. Is that accurate?

Does this concern Team Managed projects or Company Managed projects?

Can you review the Permissions for the project and tell us (or provide a screen image) showing to whom the Create Attachments permission has been allocated?

Do you have users assigned to Roles in the project?

The reason I ask is that if the Free subscription was ever a trial for Standard or Premium then the Permissions scheme may have been modified and users may have been assigned to Project Roles. If the subscription was then changed to Free you would no longer be able to assign users to Roles in the projects, but the allocation of permissions to Roles per the permission scheme would still be applied.
