I have two issue:
how can i resolving the issue?
Hi Oren,
the first problem means, that you are running a Jira Version (7.1.9) which is not supported by Atlassian any more. It does not mean, that your installation will stop working in the near future, but you won't get support for this version.
You should update to a newer version, if you have a valid license.
The second problem is, that you use Jira with the embedded h2 database. This database should only be used for testing purpose. Atlassian does not support this database for production use.
You should migrate your database to a supported external database.

You just have to use google. That's really easy. But here you can download Jira:

Hi Oren,
You'll need to upgrade to Jira 7.2 or higher due to 7.1.9 being End of Life. I would recommend the latest version of Jira due to available bug and security fixes.
Secondly, the embedded database is only meant to be used when you're initially setting up Jira and testing it. It should never be used for a production instance. Follow the procedure below to move to a supported database:

Oren,
The instructions were linked earlier:
Using the JIRA applications configuration tool, connect JIRA to the new database.
You will want to open that 2nd link to see how to connect to your new database. If you have trouble, let us know what database type you're using for your new database and we can help guide you through it.
