trello to jira connection issue

Hi,

I am trying to create an issue on a trello card to a jira board, upon adding the jira link on the trello card, it says that "trello is connecting to your jira..please wait" but nothing happens after that. How can I sort this out? thanks

    Are you using the web version? Try to refresh the browser, delete cookies, use another browser or open another incognito window and try

@Vero Rivas Yes i deleted all cookies and cache last week but did not work, I also tried chrome but same thing.
