hi ! I am getting the error message "could not add power up" when I am trying to ad a power up. (I have none installed).I have a google enterprise account could that be the issue ? thanks in advance :)

With an Enterprise Account, you should be able to ass unlimited power-ups.
Were you able to add in the past power-ups? Or is this your first time?
