We have jira hosted in server version 10.3 and now issue is we have kanban board for a project and we are not able to list one ticket which listed in normal basic query, all parameters are normal, how to fix this issue.

You need to check 3 items in Board configuration
If this does not solve, then run reindex on project level or at system level.

If you use the JQL of the filter that is used for the board, in the search, is the specific ticket in the list?
