@raks thakur This should be possible with the ScriptRunner behaviors feature (here is an example) or PowerScripts Live field feature (here is an example).

You should be able to do this using default values.
You'll need to be a Jira Admin, and then...
^ This is assuming it's a Custom Field, rather than a System Field (eg. Description, Environment, etc).

If it is a System Field, you can select this from the left-hand menu in (2) instead, and edit the default value using these instructions, but only if you're on Data Center v8.16 or higher.

By default, Jira can't make it. If you have ScriptRunner, you can make it with Behaviour.
