Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
This happens to me as well. I delete the same suggestion over and over again but it keeps coming back. I don't want to turn off suggestions completely. But if I delete one then it should stay deleted.
Here is a screenshot of me trying to delete a suggestion repeatedly but it keeps coming back.
