Subject: Issue with Jira Tempo Planner Plugin - Page Displaying Blank and Console Error
Description:
I am encountering an issue with the Jira Tempo Planner plugin where the plugin's page displays completely blank. Upon checking the browser console in Google Chrome, I noticed the following error: "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'length')".
Steps to Reproduce:
Navigate to the Jira project where the Tempo Planner plugin is installed.
Click on the Tempo Planner link or access the relevant page where the plugin should be displayed.
Observe that the page remains blank and no content is visible.
Open the browser's developer tools (F12) and navigate to the console tab.
See the error message: "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'length')".
Expected Behavior:
The Jira Tempo Planner plugin should display its intended functionality and content correctly without any blank pages or console errors.
Actual Behavior:
The Jira Tempo Planner plugin page displays blank, and the console shows the error: "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'length')".
Environment Details:
Jira Version: 9.4.12
Tempo Planner Plugin Version: 16.10.0
Browser: Google Chrome
Operating System: Windows
Additional Information:
I have tried clearing the browser cache, disabling other plugins, and restarting my browser, but the issue persists. I am also unable to find any relevant solutions or workarounds for this specific error online.
Please assist me in resolving this issue so that I can use the Jira Tempo Planner plugin without any issues. Thank you!
