i creat support ticket via jira and have standard answers when i put the ticket on done, Is there a way in jira to create standard text comment that i can save and execute via jira?
now i have to type in the samen answers within the bunch of jira tickets..

Working with Jira, no. You would require a marketplace app or create an automation rule that based on like a set label or component sets a comment on transitioning the issue to Done
