tag user in comment

Hello Community,

I can't tag anyone in my comments using "@".

Everyone in my organisation is able to do it, not me...I feel alone :'(

I'm using a mac with IOS Mojave 10.14 and last google chrome update.

Even when I click on the + signal up the comment window and the user mention appear, nos list of other users of the team is displayed to me. I just can' tag someone.

Any Idea to help me resolve it ?

Just to confirm: Is this problem happen on JIRA or Confluence? The Question is tagged with JIRA, so I just like to make sure this is happening on this application. :)

Can you confirm if you are using JIRA Server or Cloud? If it is JIRA Server, what version you are using?

There are several possible reasons for this problem and we need the help of your JIRA Administrator to properly troubleshoot it.

That been said, I suggest you to contact your JIRA Administrator and check the troubleshooting steps in the documentation below:
