In this sprint report below it is showing that story KTDEV-70 was removed from the sprint however when I look in the story history and in the issue navigator the story was never removed from the sprint
In the Issue Navigator the story shows as being in the same sprint as all the other tickets
And in history there is not entry to remove it or change the sprint.
My workflow does have states after "Done" which we use for release phase and you can see story 70 and story 68 are in states after done so I don't think this is causing it.
Any thoughts from anyone why this is happening.
Hi @keith_flack,
If the statuses in your workflow that you say are after Done are not included in your board filter (or not mapped to your board), that may very well be what is causing your issue.
If your scrum board is for a development team, it would make sense (in a way) to consider the Done status the end of development work and possibly consider issues in that status as completed (by the dev team). If they then disappear from you board, e.g. because you use a different board for the release activities and your issues vanish from your development board because of that, I would not be surprised that they are considered by Jira to have disappeared from the sprint (since the sprint is associated with your board).
Hope this helps!
Hi Walter, many thanks for the insight, I will have a look and check this. If need be I can create a "dummy" column and add all the further states to it. Might look a bit strange but might resolve the report issue.
Will give it a go, thank you

Hi Walter - just confirming you were right, I moved all the post DONE states into the last column on the active sprint board and now the sprint report is reflecting what was completed correctly and not showing tickets as removed
