Is there any way to have that tickets in 'review' status move to in 'Done' status in 3 business days
What you are asking for, is essentially a listener function.
So if issues match a certain criteria, let's say STATUS=REVIEW and updated <=startOfDay(-3) --unfortunately no business days as far as I know of, if condition is met trigger a transition.
This would have to be run periodically, let's say once a day.
Though no way this can be done out of the box.
Suggest you try ScriptRunner or Automation.
In script runner you have this option called as Escalation Services, really easy to configure.
