start of the cloud migration trail failed with error code

We had a expired Jira server license for 100 users. I tried to start a “Free cloud migration trial for our self-managed customers” while I was logged in with my Atlassian account.

After I entered the site address and clicked the button to apply to the trial I got the following error code. 00f7e427070344d891f6b7c7edd7dd01

Would you happen to have a screenshot? Doesn't really seem to be linked to the migration or anything but if I understand you have an issue just creating a trial/free site?

You could try raising a suppor ticket using your server license SEN but as it is expired this might be tricky.

I'll see if this can get some Atlassian eyes on it!
