sql script to renumber issueType ids

I was attempting to migrate a configuration from staging to production and all went well except that the  ids of some issue types are not the same.  Is there an sql query that can be run to renumber the issueType id?

Yes, but you do not want to do it.

The issue type id is used in several places, and unless you have a 100% complete list of all the places it might be used and a thorough understanding of the database, you are probably going to break it.

Why do you think you need to do this?  What's wrong with accepting that your migration has handled the numbers in a consistent way?
