is it possible to integrate whatssap /Facebook /Instegram /Email /website help 
with jira to automatically open ticket and the team replay the customer from the same ticket on jira ?

    • Potential Workarounds: While not as seamless as direct integrations, you could explore using email forwarding or linking to your JSM portal from your other channels as interim solutions.

    • Jira API: If you have development resources, you can use Jira's API to explore custom integrations with other platforms. However, this is more complex and requires ongoing maintenance.
