When you say are trying to find the site URL for "your app within your organization", what app are you referring to?
If you are trying to submit a support ticket to Atlassian Technical Support, the URL for that is https://support.atlassian.com. Not that only Administrators of paid subscriptions for your Atlassian products will be able to submit support tickets there. If you are not an Administrator, or if you are using a product under a Free Tier subscription, then you won't be able to submit a support ticket.
