similar mail for "issue due" several times

If I have a issue what is due within next 3 days, I get an notification per Email (I am assigned to this issue and I am also the reporter). That's good.
Problem is that I get this Mail (Subject "Issue due within 3 days.") 10-20 times (totally similar mail for the same issue at the same time (same timestamp income in mail inbox).

I have set a group notification per mail for once a day but still have this issue.

Where can I find other settings regarding mail notification? Does anyone else have this issue? How can I solve this? (I don't assume that this is correct functionality..)

Can you clarify how you have setup this notification, is this based on an automation rule or filter subscription or based on the notification scheme?

Can you provide these details and or screenshots, also are there updates done on the issue?

What is shown in the issue history?

Please find notification settings attached. 

I did not set something special, I assume it is an automatic rule or setting to get this message/mail.

Hi @Tobias Knittelfelder 

The mail message you get with subject "Issue due within 3 days." is not related to your personal notification settings, this is based upon a Jira filter with a subscription or an automation rule in the system that sends this email.

If you are not able to see or access this, check this with your admin.
