We have 2 groups of user on this JIRA Cloud service, and I would like to segregate the view as below:

User Group A (External Clients)

  • This group should only View/Create/Edit/Comments ISSUEs that is created by their own
  • This group should NOT able to see any ISSUEs that is not created by them, such as "Internal issues" created by our QCs and Developers.

User Group B (Internal Developer and QCs)

  • This group should be able to View/Create/Edit/Comments all internal created issues as well as the User Group B (External Clients) created issues.

We've tried to create 2 separate screens for these 2 types of user group, but not sure the settings are correct, since we still can't get the above settings right, or we should use some other settings in order to fulfil our requested feature?! Appreciate if anyone could help on this setup.

Thanks in advance for contributing your answer to this, thanks~!

Create a "security scheme" that contains at least one level.  That level should say "Group B can see these issues".  Set that security level on all issue that group A does not create.
