set if condition in a workflow

Hello,

I am looking for a way to add condition based on custom fields in workflow transitions.

Eg: if the field: labels = ABC

set due date = XX:XX:XX

So i want to add condition based on custom field value, "field: labels = ABC" then only transition will happen.
