We want to create jira tickets by sending mail from outlook to jira. I have found a general instruction on the atlassian website on how to configure it. We have defined several projects in jira. I want to sent an e-mail to jira and that jira creates a ticket in a specific project based on the e-mail I sent. Do I have to mention the projects name in the subject box of the new mail message box in outlook? Is there something that needs to be configured in jira with regard to this? Is there a working example of this?
