sending files attached in a ticket with notification email

Hi, while sending a notification email, can we include the file attached in the ticket to be sent through email?

Thanks for your reply Trudy. I believe, Jira tool will be more strong if we can add this feature. Although understand the limitation of server space that might be required and allied cost.

That feature is not currently available in Jira Cloud. You can vote for the change request here:

That issue also mentions some third party tools, but I have not looked closely at those.
