Hi Guys,
i have a problem in jira software cloud: when an issue is commented, neither the notification on the platform, neither the email notification is sent.
I would like that every time an issue is commented, an email is sent to the reporter.
how can i do this?
i already tried to modify the notification schemes with no success.

Also, make sure that
1. you use the right notification scheme in your project and that
2. you watch the issue in question.

i'm aware of that article, however i'm using a "Nex gen" project, so it's not possible so set a notification scheme.
