You don't have access to the logs on Cloud, so there's nothing you can do here.

I have a feeling you might not mean logs though, could you explain what problem you are trying to solve?

In fact, I would like to see and/or export the logs of the connexion of the members to a JIRA project

I am afraid repeating "I want to see logs of a certain thing in the system" does not tell us what problem you are trying to solve with the data.

What is the question you think the logs will help you answer?
