sb-tsk creating is not work on all projects.

Hello I am trying to create a sub-task on a parent ticket but on some of my projects it shows me we can create sub-task error.

Looks like the reason we were unable to create subtask on the project was that the lead person is no longer with our organization. As soon as we change lead person the sub-task was able to be created.

Good day!

It is likely that the subtasks on the affected project are associated to a different workflow, and there are some additional validators etc for the subtask creation.

Please share the error details and/or screenshots for better understanding of the issue you're facing.

Can you provide a little more context, such as the error message that you are receiving?

One possibility is that sub-task is not enabled for the specific space that is giving you the error. Look at the Work Type Scheme for the space and see if Sub-Task is a valid work type.
