Hi team,
we already set up saml sso successfully both from Identity provider(ADFS) and service provider. cause we can direct access jira portal successfully without login.
Then we want to enable service desk sso hence I check that box below Service Desk settings as you can see from picture.
my question would be , why it can work for jira portal
but can't work for service desk portal
according to this error , should I change the
Assertion Consumer Service URL or any other configuration from jira and Identity provider ?
