reset the Administrator password

We currenlty have on prem installation of JIRA 7.3  that runs with crowd. Everything was working for months, and today no one can login, including me (the administrator) .

All the apps Confluence, Bitbucket login work ( also integrated with crowd)

Can I reset the Administrator password, to access JIRA again?
