request auto-email option based JIRA fields

In JIRA i can field called Customer with many options XX, YY, ZZ). I need those customer drop down list in a mail notification section. For example, the Customer options need to appear in drop down for notification and if I select XX in the mail notification for Customer section then when I create a ticket for Customer XX then mail notification need to be send. If I create ticket for YY then mail notification will not send since it is not selected in the mail notification for Customer section. How Can I do this in JIRA for specific Project (Test).
