replicate issue types in between projects on a diferent company-managed projects

Hi there! 
Im looking for a solution for "mirroring" issuetypes, dependencies, bugs, etc in between d   two company-managed diferent projects in JIRA.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

This is a standard function in Company-managed projects.  They use configuration "schemes" to set up almost everything, and these schemes are global objects.  All you have to do is tell two projects to use the same schemes, and you'll end up with projects that work in the same way.  

Picking on the one scheme you directly mention in your question - have a look at "issue type schemes".  These tell a project what issue types it can offer to people.  If two projects use the same scheme, your people will be offered the same list of options when creating a new issue.
