I hope this message finds you well.
We are currently subscribed to your Jira and Confluence services on a monthly billing cycle. However, we have noticed that since October 20th, all user accounts under the igaworks workspace have been deactivated, and only one account remains active under the adpopcorn workspace.
Given that the services were not actively used during the following periods:
We would like to kindly request a refund for the charges incurred during these periods, as the accounts were either inactive or minimally used.
Additionally, my account — which was previously an admin — has also been deactivated, so you may not be able to locate me directly within the igaworks workspace. If ownership verification or confirmation from the workspace owner is required to proceed, please let us know and we will coordinate accordingly.
Please let us know if any additional information is required to process this request. We appreciate your assistance and look forward to your response.
