real time on jira board

hello , I would like to know why in my board is not activated ( or can not be) the option that you can see the people in real time who are inside the board,I have seen it in some board but not in mine ( my board is managed by the company and is Scrum) ... example: as you can see it in a drive.

Can you provide a screen image that includes an example of what you want to see from another board where you do see that feature? I am not sure I am understanding what you are asking, and an image would be helpful.

look I send you two images .the first one has the option to see who is in real time inside the board, the second one (which is my board) does not have this option.

The 2nd board, is a "Business Project" using Jira Work Management features, which include the "Multiplayer mode".

The 1st board is a JIRA Software project, and the boards don't use the multiplayer mode unfortunately. Idk if Atlassian plans to release a multiplayer for JIRA software, but that would be nice, indeed.
